#4 Assessing collection management practices and benchmarking technical approaches

Lead: SPA. Months 1-14. Assesses existing practices and tools for CHDO collection management and technical components: enhancing understanding of the choices underpinning decision making in Cultural Heritage Institutions (CHI), creating a benchmark for metadata enrichment, IPR management, and appropriate reuse of CHDO (multi-context, copyright-aware, ethics-preserving), and evaluating ~20 commonly used CMS in European CHI to assess their enrichment and reuse capabilities.
