#1 Project Management and Coordination 1

Lead: UNIBO. Months 1-14. The overall objective of the coordination and management work package is the smooth realisation of the project: coordinating and supervising the R&I activities according to the Work Plan while monitoring quality and timing of deliverables, overall administrative and financial management and reporting, managing contacts with the European Commission, resolving conflicts within the consortium, ensuring data management and protection of project outputs (Data Management Plan), setting up an Advisory Board including an Ethics Advisor, and overseeing coordination with WP11-12 for synergy with the ECHOES integration task force.
